Welcome to Who2See ("Who2See", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Medical Disclaimer.

1. What Who2See is — and is not

Who2See is a discovery and referral directory that helps patients find physical therapy clinics and providers, and helps professionals share referral confidence. Who2See does not provide medical care, advice, diagnosis, or treatment, does not employ the providers listed, and does not guarantee the quality, credentials, availability, or outcomes of any clinic or provider. 2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create an account or use the Service. The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; a parent or guardian may use the Service on a minor's behalf. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account. Professional accounts (clinic admins and providers) are responsible for the accuracy of listings they manage.

3. Reviews and user content

• Patient ratings and written reviews are public and must reflect a genuine experience.
• Provider-to-provider ratings and notes are private professional opinions.
• You retain ownership of content you submit and grant Who2See a license to host and display it in connection with the Service. You are solely responsible for your content and must not post unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or infringing material, or others' private health information.
• Who2See is not the author of user content and may, but is not obligated to, moderate, remove, or restrict content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

4. Professional conduct, vetting, and how we make money

Endorsements and ratings must be honest and must not be exchanged for compensation or used to manipulate rankings. Credentialing information is the responsibility of the individual provider; Who2See surfaces self-reported and, where available, verification signals, but does not independently guarantee them.

No paid placement or referral fees. Who2See does not accept payment, and does not pay or reward anyone, in exchange for referring, recommending, ranking, or featuring any clinic or provider. Search results and match rankings are never sold, and are not influenced by whether a clinic or provider pays for any subscription or feature. Any fees Who2See charges are flat administrative or subscription fees, never a share of a provider's professional or medical fees.

Limits of verification. Where Who2See displays a "Verified" signal, it means only that we matched a provider's self-reported NPI to the public national registry at a point in time. Who2See does not independently vet or warrant any provider's competence, current licensure or good standing, disciplinary history, or fitness to treat you, and a badge or listing is not a recommendation or endorsement by Who2See. You are responsible for confirming a provider's credentials and suitability before receiving care.

5. Prohibited use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by scraping, overloading, reverse-engineering, attempting unauthorized access, or using it to harass or defraud others.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WHO2SEE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY DECISION MADE OR ACTION TAKEN IN RELIANCE ON INFORMATION FROM THE SERVICE. 7. Indemnification

8. Changes, termination, and governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by a new version and, where appropriate, re-prompted at sign-in. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
