Community Guidelines
Our platform is built on trust between clinicians, clinics, and patients. These guidelines help everyone participate in a way that is honest, respectful, and genuinely helpful.
Last updated: July 2026
Who 2 See is a professional referral network for physical therapists, clinics, and patients. All users — whether leaving a review, endorsing a colleague, or building a referral list — are expected to act with integrity. These guidelines apply to all content created on the platform.
Good Faith & Accuracy
Experiences may vary. While we verify professional credentials and work to confirm the information shared here, Who 2 See runs on good faith and depends on accurate, honest reporting from clinics, companies, providers, and patients. Listings, availability, and reviews reflect what these parties tell us — please confirm details directly with a clinic before relying on them.
Leaving Honest Reviews
- Only review clinics or providers you have personally visited or received a direct referral from.
- Base your rating on your genuine experience — star ratings and written reviews must reflect reality.
- Word-of-mouth reviews are allowed but should be clearly indicated as such.
- Do not leave reviews in exchange for incentives, discounts, or compensation.
- One review per clinic or provider per user. Duplicate or coordinated reviews will be removed.
Provider Peer Endorsements
- Highest Recommendations are reserved for colleagues you have personally worked with or directly observed.
- Do not use peer ratings to manipulate rankings or target competitors.
- Your Top Endorsement may only be given to one clinic or provider at a time.
- Endorsing in exchange for a reciprocal endorsement is a conflict of interest and is not allowed.
- Ratings are semi-private — your name is not shown, but your association may be visible to admins.
Written Content Standards
- Keep reviews and notes professional and respectful — no personal attacks or defamatory language.
- Do not include other people's private health information (PHI) in your reviews.
- Avoid mentioning specific medical diagnoses, procedures, or insurance disputes in public reviews.
- Spam, promotional content, or links to external services are not allowed in reviews or referral entries.
- Reviews must be written in English or the primary language of the platform.
- Reviews not written in English may be translated into the platform's primary language.
Building a Healthy Network
- Referral lists are a professional resource — include contacts you genuinely recommend to patients.
- Keep contact details accurate and up to date. Outdated referrals harm patient care.
- When sharing a referral list publicly, ensure all contacts are aware they may be listed.
- Do not add competitors or individuals without a professional basis for the referral.
- Inviting colleagues to join the platform should be done respectfully and without pressure.
Prohibited Behavior
- Impersonating another clinician, clinic, or patient is strictly prohibited.
- Creating fake accounts or bot accounts to boost ratings will result in immediate removal.
- Harassment of other providers, patients, or platform staff will not be tolerated.
- Sharing another user's personal information without consent is a violation of privacy policy.
- Attempting to manipulate search rankings or leaderboard positions through artificial means.
Enforcement & Appeals
- Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban depending on severity.
- Reported content is reviewed by our moderation team within 5 business days.
- If your content was removed in error, contact support with a description of the situation.
- Repeated minor violations will be treated as a serious violation after the third occurrence.
- We reserve the right to update these guidelines as the platform grows — users will be notified of major changes.
